This was my first job after moving to the UK from Paris, and everyone was so welcoming and supportive. Thanks to all their help I developed the skills needed to move to customer engagement. Shelby are great employers because they like to develop and support staff so they can progress with in the company. The internal training we receive on a regular basis helps you keep up-to-date with all the changes within the company and helps to develop your own skills. Along with this there are a lot of internal opportunities to move departments and/or progress - I started here as an agent, then Deputy Manager and recently promoted to Team Manager.
