We are offering a Business Systems Analyst the opportunity to join a newly formed Strategic Solutions team who are responsible for driving transformational change across our brands. You’ll bring specialist knowledge of systems combined with your strong analysis skills to partner collaboratively with business SMEs, Development and QA teams to ensure effective configuration and development of technologies.
The role will suit a Technical BA who is experienced in successfully implementing change, someone who enjoys working with innovative products, systems and technologies, who is wanting to join a technology driven business and support our development.

Supporting cross-platform and cross-business IT change and business change projects covering all aspects of web, digital, IT platforms, application development, business integrations, product diversification and business transformation, your key responsibilities and duties within the role of Business Systems Analyst will consist of:
- You will be proactive in delivering continuous improvement identifying opportunities for innovation, research and development, incubating ideas and proof-of-concepts aligned to disruptive technologies and approaches
- You will have the ability to create, assimilate and convey business requirements in an appropriate manner, providing enough information for SMEs, business stakeholders and technical teams to fully understand business requirements
- You will work with business SMEs, facilitating workshops to understand business needs and aid the creation of User Cases, User Stories, Business Requirements, strategies, roadmaps and investment cases
- You will work with other Business Analysts and our UI/UX Designer to share best practices around the technical requirements and proposed solutions for various functional areas whilst also providing support and guidance to the project team and senior stakeholders as required
- You will work closely with other cross-functional teams, sharing information, insights and encouraging participation, providing support and guidance in order to achieve the business goals, opportunities and threats
- You will be a point of contact for changes to requirements or clarifications, participating in Agile Ceremonies, workshops, project meetings as required and ensuring the Development and Testing teams have a shared understanding of business
- You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to think creatively to deliver the most effective solutions
- Crucially, you will influence the business change programme to the business aligned strategies, objectives and goals and inspire business stakeholders to understand and harness technology innovation to deliver new customer centric solutions
