About The Role

We are a well-established, innovative and customer focused consumer finance business with an excellent opportunity for a Process Improvement Manager to lead operational process improvements across our three brands. 

Working from your own home, you will have full ownership and autonomy of the Process Management framework, and a real opportunity to drive strategic group wide process improvement opportunities. You'll be focused on evolving process management standards and governance, including introducing new technologies and enhancing the customer journey: you'll present opportunities in processes to key stakeholders across all of the business, developing strong and influential relationships and driving operational business change.

This is a high profile role with plenty of interaction with senior stakeholders and the leadership team, and offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role within our business as part of a small and supportive Optimisation team. The role will suit someone who is looking to join a forward thinking business that enables new ideas, who is seeking work life balance too, and who enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation of backlog of process improvement opportunities in support of our strategic focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Understand the business landscape in order to identify, analyse and prioritise opportunities with the most business value, whilst enhancing the customer journey.
  • Ownership of Process Management framework business wide - responsible for evolving and embedding of process management standards and governance
  • Identification of process improvement opportunities to feed into the Automation roadmap.
  • Reengineer as-is processes into to-be flows and wireframes.
  • Support the automation aspirations of the business through investigation into emerging technologies that enable operational efficiencies
  • Work with end users, Operations and other departments to understand feedback and areas of opportunity, once highlighted then ensure these are prioritised accordingly.
  • Investigate and review processes to highlight gaps and opportunities, then through the control framework make proposals for change.
  • Take ownership to implement the change and maintain key stakeholder management.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a control framework.
  • Support and make recommendations for operational system configurations
  • Triage Operational system and process feedback to verify the potential root cause of the problem 
  • Maintain roadmap to ensure work is prioritised accordingly and that you are transparent with any actions.
  • Remains up to date with Company and Regulatory policies.
  • Embrace & implement a culture that places the customer at the heart of all decision processes. (TCF)

About You

We're looking for a self starter, a strong change advocate: someone experienced in driving change across multiple business areas, with exceptional stakeholder management skills, a natural ability to build relationships, and who can influence at all levels. 
 
If you have the following experience and aptitude, then we want to hear from you!
  • Experience of comprehensive requirements gathering and process design.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to analyse and utilise MI to make key decisions and influence key decision makers.
  • Strong leadership, influential, interpersonal and communication skills and be able to manage internal and external client expectations
  • Experience of working effectively across matrix teams
  • IT literate including Visio and Microsoft Office
Desirable skills
  • SQL or data base knowledge 
  • Experience of Lean Six Sigma or similar
  • Understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and LMP (Loan Management
