Who we are

We are a team of talented people who all play an important role in developing and delivering our online financial products to customers who may have been rejected by banks and other conventional lenders. We care about our customers so we always take the time to build great relationships and we make sure that we lend responsibly and sustainably.

Our brand - Dot Dot Loans - offers online instalment loans to customers looking for a short term (3-6 month or 9 month duration) loan of between £100 and £1000 and also to those who want to borrow between £1,500 and £5000 over a longer term up to 48 months.

Regardless of someone’s specific role in our team, we all share the same vision: to deliver online financial products for our customers and to make sure that they are informed and enabled to make the right decision for them and that they are treated fairly.

All our people complete regulatory training every month. We encourage our managers can engage in an Institute of Leadership and Management self-learning programme (which can lead to a degree level qualification).
